Welcome to an immersive, transformative journey designed for yoga teachers and practitioners ready to deepen their knowledge, refine their skills, and expand their spiritual practice. This advanced-level training follows the highest standards set by Yoga Alliance, preparing you to become a confident, compassionate, and certified yoga teacher.
Certification
Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance (RYT® 300), indicating they have completed an internationally recognized 300-hour Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.

With over 17 years of dedicated practice and 9 years of teaching, Yogeesh lives and shares yoga as a path of deep inner transformation. To him, yoga goes beyond physical postures—it's a sacred journey that purifies the body, mind, and spirit. His teachings focus on mindfulness, encouraging students to stay present both on and off the mat. Through his guidance, Yogeesh helps others connect with their inner self and experience the true essence of yoga as a way of life.
Shruti Modi
Shruti views yoga as a path to inner harmony and self-discovery. With 8 years of practice and 6 years of teaching, she blends mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment in her classes. Rooted in compassion and accessibility, her teaching encourages self-awareness, balance, and personal growth. Based in Goa, Shruti inspires students to connect deeply with themselves, embracing yoga as a way of life that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
Aravind Prasad
Aravind Prasad sees yoga as a complete system for human transformation, integrating health, relationships, work, and spiritual wellbeing. Raised in a spiritually rooted family, he began asana practice in 2003 and later completed a postgraduate degree in Yogic Science, researching the effects of the Gayatri Mantra on the brain. Teaching since 2012, he blends traditional yoga and tantra with a clear, logical approach for modern minds.
Pritam Basak
Pritam Basak is a 900-hour certified yoga teacher trained in traditional ashrams of the Uttarkashi Himalayas and with modern masters in Rishikesh and South India. This blend shapes his clear, adaptable teaching style. Deeply rooted in yoga philosophy, he has a gift for simplifying complex ideas and making them relevant to daily life. He teaches Hatha Vinyasa Flow and Traditional Hatha with strong emphasis on alignment, mindfulness, and practical understanding, connecting easily with diverse student groups worldwide.
Sumith BN
Sumith BN is a yoga teacher with over five years of experience, blending traditional yogic wisdom with adaptive, student-centered teaching. A mixed martial arts athlete and creative professional, Sumith brings a dynamic, holistic approach to yoga education.
Muppidathi Mani
Muppidathi is a dedicated Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga teacher with almost 10 years of teaching experience and a deep belief in the body’s innate self-healing power and the magic of the universe. Her yoga journey began in 2013 during her college years, when she boldly paired her asana practice with the seemingly opposite discipline of kickboxing. Teaching with sincerity and intention, she is passionate about guiding others toward lasting wellbeing, believing that consistent yoga and meditation can create real, life-changing transformation.

Arrival by airplane
Fly into Goa International Airport (Dabolim Airport - GOI). Kashish Yoga will provide a free shuttle pickup on the first day of the course at three fixed times:
- 08:00 AM
- 12:00 PM
- 04:00 PM
Important: If you’re arriving on a different date or time, a private pickup can be arranged for 35 EUR. Please let us know in advance. Should you choose to arrive at the MOPA airport (around 3 hours away from the ashram), then the pickup will be charged at 70 EUR.
Arrival by train
- The closest railway station is Canacona, just 10–15 minutes from our campus.
However, Madgaon (Margao) Station is the major hub and better connected. From there:
- A taxi to the campus takes about 1 hour and costs approx. ₹2200
- You can also take a bus from Madgaon Bus Stand to Canacona, then a short rickshaw ride (₹150) to campus.
Arrival by bus
Long-distance buses from Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore run regularly to Madgaon.
From Madgaon:
- Take a local bus to Canacona
- From the Canacona bus station, grab a rickshaw to reach the campus for approx. ₹150
