Kundalini Yoga Ashram India offers Indian and yogic food. If you need a special diet, please inform the Ashram in advance so they can try to manage to provide.

Kundalini course needs a light diet and it is always suggested not to eat heavily. Sunday is a holiday, on that day only breakfast is offered so that you can check the different tastes from beautiful cafes and it helps to give a rest to the Ashram's kitchen team.

Non-vegetarian and alcohol or any kind of drugs are not allowed to be taken during the course. It is also suggested to maintain silence during the mealtime.
