And it does not end there. Included in this online 300-hour Kundalini yoga teacher training are also classes on how to teach and become an effective yoga trainer along with sessions on how to start your own yoga business.

Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).
How the training works
Kundalini Yoga Ashram India has created their own online platform where you can watch the school's professionally pre-recorded videos along with the study materials. It will be there with you for 12 months. You can watch those and learn in your free time, at your own pace. Step-by-step instructions with complete information will be there on the Online Platform. Also, you will get all the details through email and Whatsapp for smooth communication. Kundalini Yoga Ashram India is giving 25 hours of live classes which are optional. Also, these classes will be recorded and shared with you after the session.
If you even miss any session, a recorded video of that session will be shared after completing class so in case you wish to go through with any session again, you can do it anytime. Only students will have access to their yoga classes conducted by their trainer.
There will be Live Streaming Software for which access will be given to all students. The school's technical team will help every student individually set up this software on their PC/Mobile/Tablet. It's very easy and user-friendly and all students will have the same access to your yoga trainer in High Definition Video Quality.
After every session, there will be free time where you can clear your queries with your trainer directly. The school has all certified and well-experienced teachers who are conducting yoga sessions for 5+ years.
Tools
A laptop, a yoga mat, and dedication to learning yoga teacher training online. They recommend you use Bluetooth earphones or attach speakers to listen to your yoga trainer easily.

As for studying the pre-recorded videos, there are no timings and you can choose up to 12 months. The course starts on the 1st of every month. The only thing that will be scheduled is the final video conference exam and that will be at the end of either 12 months. Kundalini Yoga Ashram is available for a call or conference as needed. The time for a call or conference will be based on an agreement between Kundalini Yoga Ashram and you.

Dynamics
Hatha Yoga Exercises
Students will gain extensive knowledge of yoga postures and will increase their strength, flexibility, and discipline.
Ashtanga Vinyasa
Students will gain extensive knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga postures as taught by K.Pattavi Jois and will increase their strength, flexibility, and discipline.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a relaxing, slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that activates the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body.
Kundalini Yoga
It is a yoga of awakening and our teacher introduces the Traditional Kundalini Tantra practice with all its mudra, chanting, and movements.
Energetics
Pranayama
Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing technique that is used as preparation for meditation and is a vital aspect of practicing yoga. It improves the respiratory system and purifies the body and mind.
Mudra
The practice of Mudra hand gestures is an ancient facet of yoga. Performing gestures affects the energy flow of the body and can change a person's spiritual and mental characteristics.
Bandha
The practice of Bandhas expands the lung capacity and breathing capabilities during yoga and it helps to awaken Kundalini.
Satkarma
Kapal bhati and Agnisar kriya will be taught to heal and clean your both physical and subtle body.
Theoretical

Yoga philosophy opens up your understanding of life. You will learn all aspects and aims of yoga which is normally many of us do not know.
Anatomy

Ayurveda

Ashutosh Kumar Mishra
Ashutosh Mishra was born and bought up in Rishikesh, also known as the international capital of yoga. It was in his gene to relish and explore the significant ancient art of yoga, and he is strongly rooted in Hatha yoga and therapeutic yoga. His style of teaching is a dynamic combination of intelligent sequencing and alignment for the body and health condition of the person. He was introduced to yoga at a very delicate age. So his father enters him at the University of Patanjali. He spent three years at the university and receive his Bachelor’s Degree in yogic science.
Anita Mander
Yogini Anita Ji is a Kundalini teacher with a focus on connecting the mind, body, and breath through kriyas to clear the energy gateway. She teaches in both the U.K. and India combining the traditional Kundalini practice of mantra, kriya, pranayama, and asana to create a shift in energy and connection with her beautiful yogis and yoginis.
