How the training works
Once you are registered for this course, you can immediately start your training. You will gain access to the learning platform, and there will also be live sessions and live group calls provided upon request via any online tools of your preference: Zoom, Skype, etc. There are no assessments required for this certified meditation training.
Loka Yoga School uses a professional learning management system, which is recommended to be accessed via a laptop or computer for best results and ease of access.However, they have had graduates complete the entire course on their phones or tablets without issues!
This training is 100% pregnancy-safe. Taryn, the lead meditation teacher, provides you with the required knowledge, including any contraindications, along the way to always ensure you experience a safe practice.

Devoting herself to the practice of yoga in 2008 and teaching worldwide, Taryn embraces all yoga styles and enjoys learning about herself through a practice that offers a challenging Hatha Vinyasa format, as well as a gentle Yin approach. Her teaching approach utilizes a progressive step-by-step format. Layering alignment instructions with reminders to connect and move with the currents of the breath, using themes that celebrate individual expression and encourage reverence for life, her strongest desire is to be of service and to allow students to connect to the power within.
Yann Cadic
Yann Cadic is the anatomy expert at Loka Yoga School, with extensive professional medical experience, working in various sectors of the medical industry for over 10 years. His diverse experience has allowed him to broaden his skills and knowledge in many different fields of medical expertise. Alongside educating students on yoga anatomy and the human body, his passion continues his journey to facilitate International First Aid Training courses too. He is excited to be able to present his graduates with this globally-recognized qualification, suitable for all yoga teachers.
