Excellent!
I went as an absolute beginner. The instructors -- all of them -- were knowledgeable, helpful, professional, had a good sense of humor, were relaxed, etc. They each deserve the highest marks. The entire retreat -- 15 days -- was an absolute joy and opened my eyes to an entirely new world. Highly, highly, recommended!

Excellent 1 month yoga and meditation retreat
I’ve stayed at Nepal Yoga Home for 1 month yoga and meditation retreat and there are no words to describe this whole amazing experience! First of all, you feel very welcomed since the moment you step inside, every morning you will be greeted with smile and everyone genuinely cares about you. All teachers were very knowledgeable and extremely supportive. Personally, I found philosophy and chanting classes most enjoyable, and reiki healings helped to understand myself better. Lastly, the vegetarian food was very delicious every single day! I always used to eat only meat, but after staying here my perception about food changed and I want to continue having vegetarian diet. I cannot thank enough for this whole experience and looking forward to coming back to Nepal Yoga Home!

This place has potential but it’s a bit of a miss
I like the concept of a healing retreat mixed with yoga, some meals were very tasty some were quite bland. A bit repetitive to my taste and not much choice. Especially if you select to do Ayurveda their are less meals to pick from as they try to make you detox.
This place is great for beginners at yoga, if it’s your first time doing yoga, for older people or if you are visiting Nepal and you want a 3 days break it’s a great place to restore.

Unforgettable experience !
I always wanted to do a 200h YTT but I never felt that it was my place. I'm not very flexible and I was scared to be surrounded by some yoga influencers who can lift their legs over their head.
This experience took my life on another level. I just booked it to go out of my comfort zone and it was worth it !
We were a group from all over the world, from 22 to 70 years old, everybody type. I felt like home and that I belong to this place. The staff (who is a family) was always available for any doubts or questions, always supporting us. The teachers are real yogic gurus, they live the yoga life and shared it with us in such beautiful way. They helped me to go out of my comfort zone, pushing me because they believed in me, but always respecting my body limits. The groupe was a real + to that experience, we were always supporting each others.
I went there with an open heart and no real expectations, that's where the magic begins !
Also, the food is amazing and the location of the yoga home too. The view over Kathmandu is breathtaking. We had so many deep discussions on the rooftop.
The people there didn't come especially to be yoga teachers, some of them did, but we first wanted to live a month for ourself, to discover much about ourself and to be connected to the present moment.
I've met friends for life there.
I am forever grateful for this exprience and I already miss my Nepal Yoga Home family.

Great yoga and Ayurveda retreat experience
Have been to few yoga retreats before and Nepal Ayurveda home was for me, so far the biggest facility that I visited, offering many courses from yoga teaching courses to Ayurveda treatments. Yet, it gives family like atmosphere as all the staffs in Nepal Ayurveda home are friendly, kind and full of smiles. Food offered there are excellent too. I loved vegetarian momo they offered one day. Yoga class is also great. I enjoyed each class very much. Having Ayurveda treatment everyday is a real luxury. I was also able to take singing bowl class while I stayed there. I will definitely visit there again!

100% satisfied
I was at Nepal Ayurveda Home to experience the yoga meditation class. It was my great experience with them even though it was my short stay with them. I enjoyed my time very much. All the classes were nice and teacher were experienced. The food they serve was delicious. I also did the Ayurveda massage with them which was amazingly nice. The owner members are very caring, and they make you feel like your home. I returned back with the hope of some long course they provide…I highly recommend this place.

Amazing retreat hidden in the city
Loved how wholistic this retreat was. Located in the middle of Kathmandu but somehow was still very quiet and peaceful. The 2 daily yoga sessions with breathing and meditation focuses were an amazing way to start and end the day. The daily Ayuvedic treatments were incredibly relaxing and the doctors consultants very insightful. Beautiful rooftop surrounded by plants for meals and loved how everything is included in the package. All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

I will come back again
It was my very short time at Nepal Ayurveda Home and spent it with full of joy and enjoyed the retreat program very much. After trekking to Himalayan range of Nepal, I did my one day yoga retreat in Nepal Ayurveda Home. Teachers are expert on there field. Also, possibility of joining the Ayurveda program is very nice. Staffs, food, view from rooftop, classes everything is fabulous. I will come back here for some long yoga and Ayurveda retreat for sure. Thank you Ayurveda Home Team for your nice hospitality and classes.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Kathmandu
1. Ayurvedic doctor - she is the sunshine of the whole experience! -- 2. Massage therapists - professional, well trained, kind, soft. -- 3. Hotel staff & hotel management - all of them were polite and well behaving. -- 4. Yoga instructors.
