Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School offers a budget accommodation. Each participant will get a single room. Each room is equipped with a queen size bed, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with hot water, and features a balcony.
Program
This 500-hour yoga teacher training course is a combination of a 200-hours and a 300-hours yoga teacher training program. This program is designed for those who wish to do the 500-hour course in one go.
Course expectations
After the successful completion of this course, the students will be able to teach Vinyasa yoga and the primary series of Ashtanga yoga for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Syllabus
Shatkarma
The day begins with yogic detoxification which is called in Sanskrit sat karma (the internal cleansing of body). The teacher is an expert in satkarma and its theory. The teacher will explain how to perform each satkarma and what are the benefits of it.
Your teacher will make satkarma easier for you:
- Jal Neti - it is a process to nasal cleaning where you use salty hot water and a neti pot which is provided by the school. Jalneti helps to clean up the nasal by removing any blockages in the nose.
- Sutra neti - The anther cleansing process for nasal passages where you use a cotton thread for advance practitioner and rubber tube for beginners.
- Tratka - it is a cleaning of eyes where you follow two types of technique.
- Kapalbhati - The meaning of kapalbhati is skull cleansing and it's part of pranayama too. It's very helpful to maintain the weight of the body and improve the breathing power.
- Kunjal - Kunjal is also called vaman. It is an abdominal cleaning and after this cleansing students feel very light and healthy.

Instructors
Yashpal Rauotela
Yogi Yashpal was born in very holy place of Rishikesh and is the founding director of Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School. He is a gold medalist and multiple medal winner in numerous state, national, and international yoga championship events. He has been teaching for five years and is a master of primary series of Ashtanga-style Vinyasa flow yoga. He has an excellent knowledge of Vinyasa Flow style yoga. He is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) from Yoga Alliance USA. Yogi has a masters degree in yoga science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. Yashpal is also a guest teacher in Bali.
Deepa Mandal
As a yoga philosophy, therapy, and Indian Vedic history teacher, Mahesh is a master in yoga, specializing in yogic science philosophy. By profession as a yoga instructor, he is currently pursuing a PhD in Ayurveda yoga from Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya, Haridwar. As a specialist in Marma therapy, acupuncture, and Ayurveda body evaluation, he has been teaching yogic philosophy and treating local patients. He has been awarded a gold medal during his yogic career and has a master of science and PhD degrees in Yoga.
Yogi Rajesh
Yogi Rajesh has been living with holy and saintly people since his childhood. He was brought up in a place where spirituality is the home atmosphere. He is an expert in Hatha, Kundalini, and Mudra yoga, and mantra chanting. Yogi is currently pursuing a Master of Science Yoga Degree from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar.

This yoga teacher training program will take place in Upper Tapovan, Rishikesh, India. Tapovan is nestled in 360-degree mountain and surrounded by greenery of life just 15 minutes walking distance from market and river Ganga, the main tourist attraction.
