How the training works

Required online tools: You should have a computer, laptop, or smartphone. It is nice to use a microphone for a better sound.

This is a self-paced online course with live sessions. You have one month up to six months to complete your study.

The school will provide all the videos of the course on an online platform. You can play all the videos one by one and study. There are also an extra 50 hours of live classes on asana, alignment, and philosophy. For that you will be given a Zoom meeting ID, and you can join. The school will also create a WhatsApp group, and students share their issues if they meet so that the team can resolve them.

Contact hours: There will be live contact for 50 hours

Non-contact hours: All modules are previously recorded so students can access the material at their own convenience. 150 non-contact hours for self-study.
