Swami Samarpan Ashram is situated up above Rishikesh (Lakshman Jhula, Tapovan) a 30-minute uphill walk from the center of town (only 15 minutes going down). Surrounded by forests and streams, it is a quiet haven.

Swami Samarpan Ashram in Rishikesh teaches various types of yoga Nidra in the 200-Hour Tantra Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Course. They teach along ashram discipline, that is conducive to the moral, mental, physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual advancement of the sincere seeker.
Swami Samarpan Ashram is based in the lap of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, away from the city and noise. Swami Samarpan Ashram commands pristine views of the Himalayas, with the ever-wafting breeze of pure air amidst a proliferating banana plantation. The food is simple, purely vegetarian, and ayurvedic. Sans eggs, fish meat alcohol, and drugs.
Swami Samarpan Ashram teaches 200-hour Tantra yoga Nidra teacher training in Rishikesh based on Tantra yoga, Tantric Pranayama, Tantric Mudras, tantric Bandhas, Kundalini Tantra Yoga, and Tantric Chakra Awareness. In this 200-hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Rishikesh India, participants are going to learn to be relaxed and free from all kinds of emotional difficulties as well as psychosomatic problems.
Everyone can practice yoga, so all ages are welcome above 18 and below 60. This course will help you to calm your own mind and guide emotions into positive perspectives. Yoga Nidra can be practiced by sitting and in Sabaasana (Corpse Posture), which is a great help for all ages.
Please note that this course is 21 days residential (Sundays are holidays) with food and accommodation included in the price. Karma yoga which is a service to the ashram is an essential part of the course and help apply the Tantra Yoga Nidra in your daily life for peace of mind and freedom from all kind of suffering.
In this course, you will study asanas, pranayama, the practical aspect of yoga Nidra, and its psychology.

Instructors
Guruji Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati
Guruji Avadhut Samarpananandaji (Himalayan Master) was born in a small tribe village, Odisha, India. After his graduation in Science with Botany (with honors), then he left home and visited Gurukul (family of masters) life in Rishikesh at Shivananda Ashram. He completed the 15th Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy (YVFA) certificate course in 1990 on the philosophy and psychology of Yoga and Vedanta.
Kapil Bisht
Kapil Dev Bist has completed a yoga teacher training course under the guidance of Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati and he has studied in Shivananda Ashram, Rishikesh. He leads yoga teacher trainings and other courses in Swami Samarpan Ashram, Samarpan School of Yoga at Tapovan under the guidance of Himalayan master Swami Samarpan. Kapil Dev Bist also teaches in other schools around Rishikesh. He is the head yoga teacher of Swami Samarpan Ashram.
