Program

Meditation is a word in Sanskrit - Dhyana yoga. Dhyana yoga is a different aspect of yoga in order to attain Shamadhi super consciousness. Meditation is therefore helping the balance of the mind in order to achieve harmony, peacefulness, and happiness within. The ultimate meditation is to develop and transform the different faculties of the brain like your emotions, passion, and anger.

Meditation is very important to express and transfer your emotions, passion, anger, and different negativity of the mind. It is a technique in order to understand the daily life of stress and strain and how to be free from them. Without meditation, it is very difficult to manage stress and strain in your daily life.

Through meditation in daily life one can transform their social life into a positive lifestyle. Regular meditation also helps in the positive management of life and pranic energy.
