The Swami Samarpan Ashram has eight rooms that can accommodate up to 16 persons. Basically, it includes shared rooms with two people per lodging. The ashram is growing its own garden with bananas, mangoes, lemons, rudraksha trees, and other vegetables. It is gifted with nature, making your sessions one with the universe and making you forget about your problems in the world.
Moreover, the ashram is more of a home that embodies a simple living where one can develop a positive attitude and an understanding of selfless service. It is a place of inspiration because it does not teach or preach; it exhibits, and you imbibe what is applicable to you.
Ashram's life does not require renunciation or rejection of the world. Rather, its goal is to change one’s perspective on everyday life. It is recommended that you stay in the Swami Samarpan Ashram for at least 20 days a year to relax, unwind, and reestablish a more wholesome and balanced perspective in life.
Ashrams usually represent a return to a simpler way of living, which is very different from a hotel. Generally, there is a more communal atmosphere and often an expectation that guests will pitch in with whatever needs doing.
Program
Meditation is considered to be a technique to understand the strain and stress of your daily life and how to be free from them. Without mediation, it is very difficult to manage stress and strain in your daily life.
Through meditation in daily life, one can transform social life into a positive lifestyle. Regular meditation also helps organize the positive management of life and pranic energy. Pranic energy is the root cause of your positive lifestyle and good Samskaras. Meditation is a key practice of the awakening of Kundalini (chakra energy).
Meditation is a key practice of all traditions and religions in order to attain the consciousness of the supreme god. The aim and goal of the meditation are to be free of karma (sufferings), attain freedom, and experience real love, truth, light, and wisdom within. Finally, the practice of meditation leads to the final liberation.
Therefore meditation teacher training course is a unique training among all the training of yoga, Tantra, and spiritual science. From day one to the end of the course, you will study.
