28 days residential yoga course in Rishikesh is based on the concepts of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga practice of yoga.

Shatkarma is the Sanskrit term for one of the six yogic purification techniques (kriyas) as outlined in the “Hatha Yoga Pradipika.” The purpose of these cleansing techniques is to keep the body strong, clean, and healthy. They remove toxins and anything blocking the flow of prana in the body.

She is also currently furthering her studies pursuing her master degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar, India. Roopam is a dedicated teacher with ample experience and is loved by all of her students.
Yogini Yoshita ji
Yogini Yoshita is a certified and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) from Yoga Alliance USA. She teaches Ashtanga. Yoshita Ji has also taught yoga in different parts of India to students of varying age groups. She is a bundle of unreserved joy, and is unlikely to be found without a smile on her face. Ravi Nagar
Ravi Nagar is the founder of Shree Maha Yoga along with his family. He has a BA in Yoga from the Haridwar University and is currently working on his Masters in Yoga. From Delhi, the city of Rishikesh is about 230 kilometers away and is well connected by buses. A bus journey may take about five to seven hours depending on the traffic and it costs you around 500 - 1000 INR.
Arrival by train
A quiet branch line connects Rishikesh to Haridwar, but there are only a few trains daily.
