4-star ocean view boutique resort offering bohemian bungalows with lush garden views, queen beds, wardrobe, desk, and small fridge, plus a cafe, and an amazing ocean view infinity pool.
Ocean View Paradise (4-minute walk)
A wonderful ocean view resort with private rooms and shared rooms with two beds. All rooms have air conditioning, a balcony, a TV, a mini fridge, a bathroom, towels, and toiletries. There is a beautiful ocean view swimming pool, and some rooms also have ocean views.
Naturela (9-minute walk)
Offers cozy stays with an outdoor pool, restaurant, and free WiFi, plus complimentary parking. Just 5 minutes from Impossible and Bingin Beach, it's 15 minutes to Dreamland Beach and Uluwatu Temple, 40 minutes to the airport, and an hour to Denpasar. Some rooms have balconies with pool views, and all include AC, a desk, a seating area, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. Naturela Café serves Western and Oriental dishes, packed lunches, and special diet meals.
Gatsby Hotel (8-minute walk)
Offers rooms with air conditioning, shared dorms, private rooms and bathrooms, and free WiFi. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and a desk. Students can enjoy a game of billiards at the homestay, and bicycles are available for hire. There’s also an outdoor swimming pool where students can take a dip, go cycling, or unwind in the garden.
Taman Sari (6-minute walk)
Taman Sari Large sea view bungalows with balconies, shared swimming pool, shared outdoor kitchen, and free wi-fi. The property is tucked away down a gravel path. It is a bit dark at night and has no reception or onsite staff. This gives it a nice private feel, but some people may prefer more support, like a normal resort. There is some construction in front of the resort. But it is not active during the evening when you are sleeping.
One Degree Sunset Hill (7-minute walk)
One Degree Sunset Hill is a modern hotel with private ocean view rooms and a 6-person shared dorm. All rooms have a/c, balcony, bathroom, wardrobe, wi-fi. Plus, there is a gorgeous ocean view pool and shared kitchen. Daytime traffic is loud. The hill is a bit steep to walk up.
Lighthouse Bingin (6-minute walk)
The resort offers a serene escape featuring an outdoor pool, free private parking, a lush garden, and a spacious terrace. Each room includes a private balcony, and rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a safety deposit box, and free WiFi. The private bathrooms come with a shower and hairdryer.

Ashtanga yoga
- Each morning begins with a two-hour guided class of ashtanga yoga, which includes pranayama and meditation, hands-on adjustments, and a follow-up feedback session.
- One class is held on the beach, giving you a chance to connect with nature and enjoy the gorgeous turquoise waters and limestone cliffs.
Asana lab
- Each day, you will receive detailed instructions on Ashtanga‘s Primary Series asanas to build a solid foundation.
- Learn correct alignment, technique, variations for different levels, and modifications.
- You also learn to connect poses with breath and movement.
- Asana Lab re-examines the roots of asana form and function on a much deeper level by integrating their energetic and biomechanic components to improve alignment and technique.
Philosophy
- Discover your true self and the deeper nature of reality through the sacred wisdom of ancient yogic philosophy. Incorporate these lessons in the real world to cultivate a holistic lifestyle.

Anatomy
Each week, you will have one or two anatomy workshops. You will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of bodily systems, structures
- Learn the principles underlying movement and of yoga itself
- Learn about bones, muscles, fascia, joints, and the nervous system
- Explore how this all works together in special hands adjustments and biomechanic workshops.
Self-studies
- In Bali, you should do 1 hour of daily self-study outside of class. This will deepen your understanding and enhance your overall experience. Recommended activities include: reading the training manual, reviewing notes or media from the day's sessions, designing your original yoga class, and journal assignments.

Arbely Rubalcava
Arbely, originally from Mexico and raised in Montréal, discovered yoga at 18 as a path of healing after leaving competitive gymnastics. Since completing her first 500hr YTT in India in 2009, she has taught internationally for over 16 years, studying Ashtanga with Sharath R. Jois and leading teacher trainings worldwide. She believes yoga is a grounding, healing practice accessible to all and is dedicated to guiding students toward deeper self-connection.
Prashant Bisht
Dedicated yoga teacher, senior trainer, and educator with 10+ years of experience blending traditional yogic practice with modern movement science. Began training in Rishikesh, India, and has developed a precise, safe, and progressive teaching style, known for clear alignment cues, biomechanics, and accessible instruction. Leads 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings across India and Bali, integrating asana, anatomy, sequencing, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy, while mentoring students and teachers to build confident, sustainable, and transformative practices.

Bali is a tropical island paradise known as the Island of the Gods. Uluwatu is one of the most beautiful parts of Bali with stunning limestone cliffs, turquoise waters, and world-famous surfing, hip cafes, beach bars, boutique shops, live music, dance, spas, and massage. In your free time, you can visit Uluwatu's amazing beaches, watch the Balinese dance show at Uluwatu temple, go shopping in magical Ubud, swim in waterfalls above the clouds in Munduk, hike 10,000 meters up to Mt. Agung, go snorkeling or diving in Amed, or go island hopping in the Gili’s.
Le Bamboo Resort, Training Location
This training takes place at Le Bamboo Resort, a beautiful ocean view boutique resort, just a few minutes from the famous Bingin Beach in Uluwatu, Bali. Le Bamboo has a gorgeous infinity pool and yoga shala surrounded by lush green nature. You can easily walk to many great cafes, shops, and accommodations.

Simply fly into Denpasar (Ngurah Rai International Airport - DPS) and take a taxi upon arrival. There are hundreds of taxis available just outside the airport. The average cost for a taxi is 20 USD.
