The depth of the subject, coming from the deep roots of yogic essence and presently taught nowhere in the world, will be shared.
Yoga Gita's 300-hour program is designed to illuminate the way of practicing yoga, which has been expressed by many great sages (realized souls) as a way to get rid of pain, suffering, and ignorance. This language of expression will be taught to you from the direction of understanding the core essence of yoga and its practical adoption into your practice and daily life.
During the course, the school ensures that all students will be provided with all the tools to be a complete teacher. You will be learning how to design a series to teach to practitioners, and your knowledge about adapting the subject for teaching in daily classes/workshops will be polished.
