What you will learn
Asana
Asana (pose) is a Sanskrit word for comfortable sitting. You practice them to manage to sit in meditation without discomfort.
Pranayama
Pranayama is much more than a breathing exercise. "Prana" means breath, and "ayama" means control and expansion; by combining the two, pranayama means to concentrate your energy in order to better direct and increase it.
Mantra chanting
The vibration of the primordial sounds of mantras helps to unite body and mind.
Rosters
The role of a yoga teacher is to position the student in perfect alignment, that is to say, effortless maintenance of the body while respecting the structure of each. co.inspire yoga, therefore, focuses on the different adjustments that will allow progression towards this alignment.
Meditation
Observing your breathing helps to calm your thoughts, and therefore to calm your “monkey mind.” co.inspire teaches this technique that has been passed down through millennia, common to yoga and Buddhism. In addition to meditation that comes from the Himalayas, you will also approach the techniques of sound meditation with the Tibetan bowls, the process of yoga Nidra, and also the meditative techniques of healing.
Teaching methodology
The methodology, in a benevolent environment for the students, gives tools to build lessons on different themes, creates a benevolent atmosphere in the class, introduces different yoga practices, develops a relationship of trust between student and teacher, and increases self-awareness.
Anatomy and physiology of yoga
Link the mechanisms of the body and the postures studied. It is also important to link anatomy and philosophy: "All that is above is like that which is below."
Yoga philosophy
Beyond the systemic study of the subtle bodies, you will study the life principles of yoga as described in the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Kinesiology, or the art of healing stress
The body speaks to you if you know how to interpret its messages. It speaks to you both in terms of chronic pain and somatization. And, if it is expressed in pain through “bad words,” it can also help you understand yourself in a much softer way through muscle biofeedback.
From your childhood, you have lived painful emotional experiences that are forgotten but nevertheless active, and you, therefore, implemented conditioning and avoidance in a subconscious way. Your history is memorized at the cellular level, and it is enough to question the body to have access to it.
Emotional body language means the integration of body, mind, and spirit. The purpose of this art of healing is to identify and correct energy blockages as they appear in the present, both physically and psychically, in order to free the mind from conditioned belief systems that limit your perception in all areas of life.
Gordon Stokes, creator of a kinesiology current, said, "To summarize the nature of what we do: we defuse the emotions of the past that block perceptions of the present. If we do not defuse the causes of the problem in the past, no action taken in the present survives the next similar stress.” co.inspire yoga invites you to discover this additional tool to become ever more aware of your conditions and detach yourself from them.
The school
co.inspire yoga is a yoga school according to Indian tradition, acquiring the wisdom principles of yoga, applying them daily in a caring environment, and opening a spiritual path. For 12 years in India in Rishikesh (the birthplace of yoga), co.inspire yoga has been participating in the development of the Rishikeshyogpeeth Yoga Institute, which has trained more than 5,000 teachers.
co.inspire yoga trainings and retreats, therefore, allow French-speaking students to access all facets of yoga as it is transmitted in Indian institutes.
The benefits
Strengthen your core, balance your emotions, and calm your mind.
The result
Give a deep dimension to your life
The bonus
Get the confidence to share this experience and transmit this quality teaching, with compassion. Thanks to its Indian teachers, co.inspire yoga invites you to live yoga according to the practical philosophy of the Yoga Sutras in all parts of your life, far beyond your mat.
The inspiration
Training is an intense experience. Practicing yoga with authenticity means developing your awareness by observing your life, your thoughts, your words, and your actions. The theoretical classes will allow you to understand the practice, and this practice will allow you to embody the philosophy of yoga (concentration, self-discipline, calming of the mind).
The experience of this training will open you to a new vision of life, which will transform you deeply.
Taking responsibility for your own evolution is the only way to change the world. "Be the change you want to produce in the world," Gandhi tells people. And, the whole co.inspire yoga team dreams of transmitting the principles of wisdom in yoga around the world so that everyone can benefit from its benefits (largely confirmed by science since recent studies).

The wise:
Swami Vivekananda, the first Indian swami to travel to the United States in 1893
“We are what our thoughts make of us; so take care of your thoughts. Words are secondary. Thoughts live and travel far. Every soul is potentially divine. The goal is to show this divinity by controlling its exterior and interior nature. Do this through work or prayer or psychic control, or philosophy - through one or more books or in temples or in any other form; these are just minor details."
Swami Satyananda Saraswati, founder of the Bihar school of yoga and disciple of Sivananda
“Yoga is not an ancient myth that has been forgotten. It is the most important legacy of the present. It is an essential need of today and of the culture of tomorrow.
"Whatever binds or limits you, free yourself now. There is nothing in the outside world, no person, no condition, no circumstance that can take your freedom from your mind. Instead of wishing to be free, to live your life differently, accept now that in truth, you are free - free to change your way of thinking, free to change your way of seeing life, free to be whatever you want to be. Make this day a day of freedom, spiritual freedom. Declare yourself free from anxiety and fear, and free from any limiting beliefs."
