Overview
You will learn to live each moment in your daily life in awareness, relaxation, and totality. You are invited to experience and experiment with different yoga styles and many yoga asanas or poses with pranayama or breathing exercises, meditations, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, naturopathy, etc. to discover which is best for you and how to integrate it into your daily lives.
It is up to you how much your heart wants to transform or increase your mental horizon or learn new things that you never thought heard or known before for development at a physical, mental, emotional, moral, and spiritual level to bring the best in you.
What you will learn:
1. You will learn asanas (postures) Iyengar style Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa style more than 70 poses, and their correct technique, alignment, benefits, and precautions.
2. You will learn pranayama (17 different breathing exercises), bandhas (locks), Kriyas, and mudras to get better health and cure different diseases and it also helps to go deeper into meditation.
3. You will learn meditations (more than 30 meditations with breathing, light, music, dances, imagination, catharsis, etc. to transform life and be enlightened like Buddha)
4. Yoga philosophy (Patanjali yoga sutras, Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Gyan yoga, etc. From Bhagavat Gita) to know who you are and what you can be, and how to achieve your hidden potential and possibilities.
5. Anatomy and physiology.
6. Alignment and correction of postures of students and sequencing of postures.
7. Therapeutic yoga and its therapeutic aspects by understanding different people's needs, diagnosing and curing their diseases like constipation, arthritis, high blood pressure, back pain, loss of fat, etc.
8. You will learn something about Ayurveda (your type vata, pitta, and kapha with the right or wrong combination of food) and naturopathy for a better healthy life.
9. Ethics and moral values for a yoga teacher.
10. You will learn about diet control, what kind of food is good for you, and what is not good or harmful to improve your health and eating habits.
11. You will learn how to use mind, heart, and body in the best possible yogic way as it is up to you to either use mind, heart, and body like a temple by putting the best pure thoughts, emotions, feelings, food in it or use mind, heart, and body like dust bin by putting negative wrong thoughts, emotions, feelings, and food in it.
12. Motivating and inspiring yourself and others to get maximum benefits, happiness, rejuvenation, relaxation, and transformation.
Sample daily schedule

- 06:00 - 07:00 Morning meditations (some from 112 techniques of meditations from Lord Shiva)
- 07:00 - 08:00 Morning pranayama or breathing exercises (near about 18 techniques)
- 08:15 - 10:15 Morning asana or postures (Hatha Iyengar style) (near about 80 poses) methodology, therapy, alignment, and adjustment
- 13:30 - 14:45 Self-practice
- 15:00 - 16:00 Evening yoga philosophy and anatomy with some more information and knowledge about Ayurveda and nature cure
- 16:10 - 18:30 Evening asanas or postures (Ashtanga Vinyasa style) methodology, alignment, and adjustment

Divya Mangla
Divya was born and brought up in Delhi, India, and has been practicing yoga for 30 years or more since childhood, his father was also teaching yoga. Divya was interested in spirituality from a very early age. He went to Osho commune, learned and practiced different meditations, and explored spirituality for many years. Divya learned different styles of yoga asanas (postures), and pranayama (breathing exercises) from different teachers. He taught yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditations to many people in Goa, Dharamsala, and Delhi in India, and China.
