Included excursions
Twice during the three weeks, Yogi Hari’s Ashram will organize an excursion to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach for sunrise meditation, yoga, and brunch. Around noon, you return to the ashram, but you are welcome to spend the rest of the afternoon on your own and arrange your own return transportation.

Shri Yogi Hari
Shri Yogi Hari is a master of Sampoorna yoga (yoga of fullness). He is well-known and respected around the world as an exceptionally inspiring teacher and guru. At the age of 22, he was labeled as a medicated incurable. By the grace of God, he was introduced to yoga and he knew right away that this was what he should be living and practicing in his life. For eight years, he practiced with intense dedication and, in that time, he transformed his whole body into a state of perfect health.
Sangita Sukhu
Sangita Sukhu, a young and passionate yoga teacher, has dedicated her life to the practice and teachings of Sampoorna Yoga. At the age of 22, Sangita embodies the wisdom and grace that come from a lifetime immersed in the world of yoga. Born into a yogic family, Sangita's journey began even before her birth. Her parents, Yogi Hari and Devi Sukhu, are renowned yogis who established an ashram dedicated to the practice of Sampoorna yoga. As Yogi Hari's daughter, Sangita grew up surrounded by the serene atmosphere of the ashram, where she imbibed the ancient teachings of yoga from an early age.
Location
Yogi Hari’s Ashram is a yoga training facility, surrounded by a 10-acre tropical organic farm. It is conveniently located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and is easily accessible from either airport. The west coast of Florida is only one hour away.
This is truly an oasis for spiritual aspirants who want to retreat from the stressful and hectic world. With year-round sunshine, it is the perfect destination at any time of year.
The Sampoorna yoga courses and classes offered here will enable you to recharge, rejuvenate, and acquire knowledge and skills to help you to fight the battle of life so that you can be more successful, and at the same time maintain good health and peace of mind.
Food
You will enjoy two yogic vegetarian meals per day. Everything is prepared fresh with organic ingredients and lots of love. Most meals are vegan. The diet includes simple and deliciously prepared ashram-grown fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and tofu. If you have any allergies or restrictions please let Yogi Hari’s Ashram know and they will be happy to accommodate you.
Yogi Hari’s Ashram provides a clean and pure environment without illicit substances, tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, and meat. Students are expected to respect these terms or they are asked to leave the course without a refund.

Driving directions from Fort Lauderdale or Miami
- From Fort Lauderdale, take 1-595 west to I-75 south or take I-75 north from Miami.
- Take Miramar Parkway East, and go 1 1/2 miles.
- Make a right on 129 Ave.
- At the stop sign, make a left, and just after 128th Ave, you will see 12750 with the welcoming ashram sign.
- Make a right and drive 600 feet to the end of the driveway to the Ashram.
Driving directions from Turnpike
- From the Turnpike, take Exit #43 Red Road, and go north to Miramar Parkway.
- Make a left just after Flamingo Road.
- Make a left at 129 Ave, then take another left at the stop sign.
- Look for the welcoming ashram sign 12750.
- Turn right into that driveway that ends at the ashram.
If you choose to drive, you may park your car at the ashram during the training.
Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or Miami International Airport (MIA). Airport transfer is not included in the price. From the airports, take the Super Shuttle. This is your best option, and costs around 50 USD one way. Uber is available for 30-50 USD one way, depending on the time of day, or you may use public transportation.
The course begins on Friday at 3:00 p.m. with orientation. Plan to arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The course finishes three weeks later on Friday at 11:00 a.m. after breakfast.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 35% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid 20 days before arrival.
