14 Day 100-Hour 'Prana' Breathwork Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand
Breathwork Teacher Training in Thailand
You do not need to become anyone other than who you already are. Often, people seek transformation as if it were a distant destination, forgetting that the most profound shift happens when we simply stop and listen. This is the essence of Prana (प्राณ), the steady, sacred rhythm of creation moving through you. It is the primordial vibration that reminds you that you already belong. This training is not about adding more to your life; it is about exhaling the noise and noticing the life-force that has always been here.

Program
You do not come here to fix yourself. When you sit still and allow the breath to move freely, you may discover that nothing has ever been missing, much like the way the jungle breathes with the tide without effort. In the heart of Koh Phangan, the tropical heat, ancient palms, and salt air reflect your original nature. The jungle does not try to be the jungle; the sun does not try to be the sun. Similarly, you do not need to force a "spiritual" version of yourself. Practice here is simple: just lying, just breathing, just being alive. When you stop trying to force understanding, the teaching reveals itself.
The group is kept intimate so you can truly meet one another in the depths of this work. You speak when speaking is needed and remain silent when silence teaches more. Together, you learn to trust the "ordinary mind," the mind that is naturally open, clear, and vibrant with Prana.
Who Can Attend
You do not need to be "fixed." You do not need to search for anything more. Sit down. Rest. Remember. If a quiet feeling inside you says yes, then the Way has already begun.
It is here. It is now. It is yourself.at the match the chapter’s theme.
