Program
What does Yoga Vini offer?
Reach the depths of authentic, comprehensive, and ancient knowledge as well as practice from India.
Yoga Vini aims to reach as much depth of the original and authentic knowledge of yoga. Their profoundly designed 200-hour yoga teacher training courses in Rishikesh will take you closer to the 5,000-year-old knowledge. Dedicated teachers and a thoroughly designed curriculum will bring out the best and easiest way to understand and implement these techniques.
They also collaborate with people (professionals, teachers, and experts) from different fields to make things more approachable, as well as provide comprehensive knowledge through understanding the connection of asana, pranayama, meditation practices, and sattvic lifestyle.
Deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of body, energy, and mind
Detailed explanation of the structure and physiology of the spine helps students to visualize their body during practice. It helps them to guide themselves towards a correct and effective practice. The spine is the base of all movement, which also makes it the root cause for most injuries.
This course provides the ability to understand the reason and correction of different pain types occurring in the body during any movement.
A new, thoroughly designed, and connected yoga teacher training program that includes meditation, pranayama, and asana in their traditional form
Philosophy, pranayama, asana, and meditation are all connected. Physical, mental, and spiritual energy all play an equal part in creating a well-connected lifestyle for practice and teaching. Within a matter of weeks, sometimes days, students begin to experience deep transformation.
Through yoga practice, you will be training the body to balance and support itself, and training the mind to trust itself as you move your body.
Confident teaching skills
Teaching is sharing the knowledge gained by experience. It becomes natural and easy when you share what you have experienced. When you experience the knowledge, it starts connecting with different things in your life, which opens different dimensions of the same knowledge.
Sharing the experience with students further opens a new dimension that you cannot experience in your life without sharing the knowledge. In this way, teaching becomes nourishing and helpful to open a new field to experience knowledge.
You will begin by building a strong, informed awareness of the body and the breath, and a deep understanding of how your muscles work together to support the spine and skeletal system in order to promote balance and overall health.
Yoga philosophy that will help you make better sense of life happenings
People get lost, unmotivated, or confused when they cannot connect different happenings in life. Yoga philosophy helps to find the root cause of different things and rebuild conscious connection in life. It also gives control over life, which brings confidence, motivation, and the power to give meaning to life.
Yoga Vini provides tools to understand life, connect, and make sense of living. Everybody has to find themselves, which is different through yoga. It is a lifestyle. You will immerse yourself in the foundation, curiosity, and tools to continue developing your own practice, a process that will continue to grow and deepen for the rest of your life.

Vini
Vini's yoga journey started many years ago as a form of physical exercise without spiritual intent. After several hectic years of working for a big company, he discovered the yoga consciousness in himself. This led him to rethink his path in life, leave his job, and begin a spiritual journey. After years of practice he developed his teaching concept based on the role of the spine: a simple and comprehensive knowledge that enable students to learn and grow in a short time. In September 2012, he founded Yoga Vini in Rishikesh to fulfill his dream: make people happy by teaching the yogic way.

Food
Rejuvenating detox program with proper sattvic lifestyle and a healthy menu designed by Ayurveda doctors.
Ayurveda is a natural system of healing wisdom that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. It shares common foundations and knowledge with yoga, and the two practices complement each other.
A simple daily routine and healthy food, together with cleansing practices designed by Ayurvedic doctors, help to detox and nourish the body. Yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation therefore become more effective.
People often try to purify their minds and thoughts without purifying the body. Ayurveda is a science of life that helps purify the body. This science is integrated with yogic techniques, which enhances the overall experience.
Ayurvedic food
The Sanskrit word Ayurveda translates as “the knowledge of life” (ayur means life, while veda means science or knowledge). Ayurvedic principles and food work with the body’s innate intelligence to promote natural self-healing.
