Syllabus
1. Pranayama and breathwork

Meditation and mindfulness practices are equally important in a yoga session. Therefore, in your 50 hours of training, you will be taught the introductory meditation and mindfulness techniques that must be included in a yoga class designed by a certified yoga teacher.
3. Yoga philosophy
Yoga is based on various ancient philosophies mentioned in different yoga books and classical texts. Every yoga asana and yoga form revolves around it. Therefore, the basic training of the introductory yoga philosophy will be given in this course.
4. Anatomy and alignment
