Course overview: 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training
- Ashtanga
- Vinyasa flow
- Hatha
- Restorative
This 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training is a three-week, full-immersion course open to all levels, and is structured to give you a solid foundation in all yoga aspects. Whether you’re new on the mat or are an experienced practitioner, you will be met where you are at. You will be guided on your journey to deepen your practice and become a fully equipped yoga teacher with the confidence to start teaching worldwide.
You will also immerse yourself in the study of Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, and Restorative, combining each of these unique approaches to create masterful classes and a versatile teaching approach.
Yoga has many definitions in many sources, schools, and teachings due to its high content. The word itself comes from yoking, which can be interpreted as uniting - uniting with your essence.
Reawaken yourself to universal consciousness. Hence, it is a way to observe, control, and go beyond your mind, thoughts, and emotions. It is the way to cultivate a healthy and spiritual life. It is a form of self-discipline, wherein you balance your connection with external and internal elements of your environment. It is a continuous journey of self-study, exploration, and discovery.
You are lucky enough that such delicate and ancient knowledge is available to you with various practices from asana, pranayama, dharana, dhyana, and many other daily practices that you can apply to every moment of life to attain that profound state of being.
Your practices on the mat will be there to support this transformative experience. The aim is to have this presence continuously. Yoga happens when you are listening to somebody, washing the dishes, walking, and creating a life beyond your limitations and restrictions. It reminds you of your infinite powers of existence.
You will be a teacher as well as a student of this lifelong path. Participants will be coming together to share their present experience of this profound journey. As people who have been sharing this beautiful light for years now, the aim is to teach you how to turn these practices into your way of living. Once you embody these practices, teaching them will be naturally occurring. May you all spread this love and unity.
