The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.
With ample opportunities for practical teaching experience and personalized guidance, you'll emerge as a certified yoga instructor ready to inspire and empower others. After completing the initial 100 Hours of YTTC, participants must finish the remaining 100 Hours within a year.
Note: The 100 Hours Certification is a standalone training module and also forms the first half of the 200 Hours Teacher Training Module. Upon completing the 100 hours, students receive a 100 Hours Certification from the school. However, they are only eligible to register as certified teachers after completing the remaining 100 hours to fulfill the full 200-hour requirement.

- Please take care of your belongings as India Yoga School is not liable for their safety.
- Laundry services come with additional charges.
- Only residents have access to the rooms; unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited from entering.

Shivansh was born in a traditional Bhakti yogi family; he learned the traditional Bhakti yoga practices in his childhood from his grandmother. He learned yogic concepts from different masters all over the India. From the very Southern India, to the Northern India and the far North-Eastern parts of India, Shivansh has explored many variations of yoga practices and philosophies, this variety of yogic experiences have evolved into the deep practical knowledge that he shares with his students.
Archita Rege
Archita boldly followed her heart's desire to teach yoga. Her passion for this ancient discipline resonated deep within, calling her to explore its profound teachings.
