Begin your 18-day yoga teacher training in Tenerife, set in a peaceful rural environment surrounded by volcanic valleys, nature, and open landscapes. This unique venue offers a calm and grounding atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting from daily life and fully immersing yourself in your practice and personal journey.
You will live and train in a charming countryside house designed to support both learning and relaxation, with access to a garden, rooftop terrace, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The natural surroundings, fresh air, and quiet environment create the perfect conditions for deep transformation, focus, and inner connection.
Throughout the training, you will explore Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, meditation, pranayama, and holistic health practices. The program is designed not only to develop your technical skills but also to guide you through a personal journey of self-inquiry, growth, and awareness.
If you are seeking to deepen your connection with yourself, expand your understanding of yoga philosophy, or step into a new professional path aligned with your values, this training offers a powerful and supportive space to do so.
The curriculum is rooted in traditional Hatha yoga, exploring the eight limbs of yoga and integrating both physical and spiritual practices. You will learn how to embody yoga in your daily life, cultivating balance, clarity, and purpose.
Vinyasa yoga is also a key component of the training, where you will learn how to intelligently sequence classes, connect breath with movement, and develop your own unique teaching style.
The course also includes anatomy, taught from both a traditional and modern perspective, with a strong focus on safety, alignment, and understanding how yoga affects the body. You will gain the knowledge needed to teach responsibly and confidently.
In addition, you will experience other styles such as Yin and Restorative yoga, expanding your understanding of the practice and offering tools for balance and recovery.
There are two full days off during the training, usually spaced about one week apart, allowing time to rest, integrate, or explore the island. The detailed schedule will be shared with students via WhatsApp approximately two weeks before the start of the course.
All La Casa Shambala trainings are supported by a team of experienced teachers. Each course includes a lead teacher and an assistant teacher, ensuring personalized guidance and support throughout your journey.
