Throughout the duration of the course, you will extensively study:

- Patanjali's Raja yoga
- Yoga history and philosophy in practice
How the training works
All pre-recorded videos will be made available through private links. You can access these videos from any device on the internet. You will have access to the recorded practices and lectures to return to anytime that you feel you need a refresher throughout the training.
Daily schedule
This program is 100 percent self-paced, and the training schedule includes:
- Yoga history lectures
- Yoga philosophy lectures
- Traditional yoga lectures
- Classical yoga lectures
- Meditation practices
Course information
The entire course will be taught virtually via pre-recorded practice and lecture videos. The entire course is self-paced so you can move as quickly or as slowly as you'd like. All classes are recorded and available for you to view at any time.
Pre-application requirements
The only prerequisites are a genuine interest in yoga history and philosophy, coming with an open mind, and being prepared to learn. You do not need to be a certified yoga teacher to join this course. You are more than welcome to join simply if you are interested in learning about yoga history and philosophy.
Please note, however, that this training will not qualify you to teach yoga in general only offer you 10 hours of yoga history and philosophy education.
Certifications
The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Completion requirements
Full completion of all course work is mandatory in order to successfully graduate from the course. You are required to watch all videos in order to graduate.

Leah is an E-RYT 500 whose classes are grounded in precision and detail. She offers a mix of both challenging and relaxing practices. Leah teaches workshops, retreats, and teacher training both internationally and online.
