Program
Certification
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
This residential program follows a structured daily rhythm that balances physical practice, study, rest, and self-reflection.
Each day builds progressive, allowing students to deepen their understanding of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga while integrating philosophy, anatomy, and teaching skills.
One rest day is included each week for recovery and assimilation.
