Why Level 2?

If you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your knowledge and skills, or a passionate yogi looking to take your practice to the next level, a 300-hour yoga teacher training program might be the right choice for you.

What is a 300-hour yoga teacher training?

A 300-hour yoga teacher training is a professional development program that builds on the foundational knowledge and skills learned in a 200-hour teacher training. The 300-hour program expands on the 200-hour curriculum to include more advanced teachings, techniques, and teaching methodology.

Designed for those passionate about yoga and committed to personal growth, Path of Yoga's Level 2 training opens doors to new dimensions of understanding, authenticity, and teaching excellence.

Why embark on the path of Level 2 300-hour yoga teacher training?

‍This advanced program is tailored for yogis who are hungry for more. It provides a unique space for dedicated practitioners to transcend their limitations, cultivate self-awareness, and tap into their untapped potential as both practitioners and teachers.

By delving into the subtleties of asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy, you embark on a transformative journey that transcends the physical practice, guiding you towards deeper wisdom, compassion, and authenticity.

Expanding knowledge and skillset

The Level 2 training is a comprehensive curriculum that goes beyond the fundamentals covered in a 200-hour training. Led by experienced and highly skilled teachers, including Path of Yoga's founder James French, this program offers a wealth of wisdom, insights, and techniques to enhance your teaching abilities.

From advanced asana variations and sequencing principles to in-depth studies of yogic philosophy, anatomy, and energetic systems, you’ll expand your knowledge and develop a well-rounded skillset that sets you apart as a confident and competent yoga teacher.

A path of self-discovery and empowerment

Choosing the Level 2 300-hour yoga teacher training is not just a commitment to your growth as a teacher, but a profound commitment to your personal journey of self-discovery and empowerment. As you dive deeper into yogic practices, you’ll unravel layers of conditioning, limiting beliefs, and self-imposed boundaries.

Through self-reflection, introspection, and embracing the teachings of yoga, you’ll gain the tools and insight needed to navigate your own life with authenticity, compassion, and purpose.

Breakdown of Level 2 training hours

In Level 2, Path of Yoga has carefully crafted 220 hours of live sessions, ensuring a deeply immersive and enriching experience. Complementing these sessions is a specialized 50-hour online chakra course, adding a unique exploration into the fascinating world of energy centers. 30 hours of the training will be non-contact hours, dedicated to coursework.

The beauty of this is that you can choose to complete these coursework hours either before or after the live training sessions. This flexibility will allow you to tailor your learning experience to best suit your schedule and preferences.

Your active involvement in the coursework will add a personal touch to your journey, providing an opportunity to apply and deepen your understanding of the material.
