During the yoga teacher training course, you will be staying in clean rooms in Rishikesh Yog Nirvana Yoga School. The school is situated in the mountains of Rishikesh, it has a yoga studio, dining area, chill out zones, beautiful rooftop, and free Wi-Fi. Rishikesh Yog Nirvana is the school where students will get 25 days 200 Hour residential Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teacher training. The school believes in the quality and traditional style of yoga. The course meets the standards of Yoga Alliance. This course is designed for beginners and intermediate-level students. After completion of the course, students will be able to teach as certified yoga teachers.
The course will start with the traditional style of Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow yoga and tell students how they can make their class more interesting by following the traditional style. Rishikesh Yog Nirvana teaches how to use the yoga sequence.
Certification
After completion of the 200 hours yoga teacher training course, students are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). This 200 hours of yoga teacher training course is for those who would like to deepen their practice and knowledge, for beginners and advanced learners.
You will expand in the world of yoga, develop spiritually and physically and mentally and it will improve your professional skills, and the ability to teach yoga in your specific way. Apart from teaching the technical aspects of class teaching, very interactive and vibrant discussions on various aspects of the yogic lifestyle and ethics of yoga teachers will be held. There will be sessions of talk and interactive discussions on different aspects of class teaching and presentation.

Warm-up poses include little movements of the various body parts and are very useful to improve the flexibility without getting any injury. So with a good warm-up, one can achieve intermediate and advanced poses easily.
- Surya Namaskar (Sun salutation)
No yoga practice is complete without Surya Namaskar. It is a whole-body stretching practice. With the traditional style of Surya Namaskar, you will salute the sun and feel energetic like the sun.

The course runs in English only. If you are not very efficient in English, it's perfectly fine, the level of English is very basic, you won’t find any difficulty in understanding the class.

A talented and enthusiastic teacher in the school. He is even called the master of body alignment and Ashtanga Vinyasa. According to students who have studied under him, he has a great knowledge of body alignment and postures he knows very well how to modify postures according to the level of students. He is teaching for the last 8 years, he has gained a lot of knowledge about Ashtanga, students can feel this while attending his classes. He knows everything about the correct movement of the body while performing Asanas. He is very popular among the schools in Rishikesh.
Sajan Negi
A calm and composed soul living his life in a yogic way. Having a master's degree in yoga, he chose meditation and Yoga philosophy because he always wanted to be a calm and composed person. He has a good strong texture of voice, which certainly makes the environment holy when he chants the mantras.
