Villa Son Bosc

The villa features five bedrooms, with a mix of shared and private accommodation options, including rooms with and without ensuite bathrooms. You’ll also have plenty of space to relax and unwind, with lush outdoor areas, sunny terraces, and a pool. Inside, the home is cozy and heated, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for practice, study, and rest.

During the training, you will

  • Practice a range of meditation techniques, including mindfulness, guided meditation, and yoga Nidra, and learn how to teach them effectively.
  • Receive personalized guidance to support the development of your own teaching style.
  • Access online preparatory materials to support your learning before and after the training.
  • Understand how sound healing, when woven into a Yin yoga class, offers a direct pathway into deep rest and subtle awareness, gently supporting the nervous system and deepening the integrative effects of the practice.

From foundational Yin techniques to advanced sound exploration, you will learn to create safe, transformative classes that support the body, mind, and nervous system.

This will not be a general retreat. It will be a professional training that weaves together clear teaching methodology, certification, and the more subtle realms of sound, presence, and deep nervous system nourishment.

Your training will take place at Villa Son Bosc, a peaceful Mallorcan finca, set in a beautiful and spacious villa that offers comfort, privacy, and a truly serene learning environment, which provides:

Food

During the residential yoga and sound healing teacher training, you will be lovingly supported with fresh, nutritious vegetarian meals designed to nourish your body, sharpen your focus, and sustain your energy throughout the day.

The meals will be balanced, wholesome, and prepared with care, using seasonal ingredients whenever possible. The food is light yet grounding, supporting digestion and helping you stay present, energized, and connected during this intensive training experience.

How to get there

To reach the location just outside of Inca, you can take either private transport or public transport from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). Here are the options:

Arrival by bus / train

You can take a direct bus from the airport to Inca, or first take the A1 Airport Shuttle to Plaza España, Palma, and then change to the train to Inca. Both options are convenient, with the bus station located at the airport’s Arrivals area.

Once you arrive at Inca Hospital, Sundara Yoga can arrange to pick you up from the bus / train station.

Arrival by car / taxi

Alternatively, you can rent a car at the airport for more flexibility during your stay. Airport taxis or Uber are also readily available at the airport for a direct and comfortable transfer to the villa.

These transport options will allow you to choose between public transit, a taxi, or renting a car, depending on your preferences and needs.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
