You can choose a private accommodation in an air-conditioned Deluxe King Room, including a flat-screen television, private bathroom, and balcony with garden views. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool on-site. Please note that the property is a five-minute walk to the course location.
There is also a shared accommodation in a four-bed mixed dormitory room with a balcony. Facilities include a shared bathroom with showers, a fan, and a mosquito net. Who is this training for?
This 60-hour Yin yoga course is designed for yoga teachers seeking to expand their offerings, wellness professionals looking to integrate Yin principles into their practice, and dedicated students eager to deepen their understanding of Yin yoga. Whether you’re new to Yin yoga or looking to refine your skills, this training will provide valuable insights into functional anatomy for yoga, TCM, and the meditative and introspective aspects of the practice.
You don't need to already have a yoga teaching certificate. This course is for everyone, whether you’re a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner, or simply curious about deepening your own practice and learning how to weave Yin and TCM wisdom into your everyday life.
All levels are welcome. However, some prior Yin yoga experience is highly recommended.
Upon completion of the course, yoga teachers registered with the Yoga Alliance will be eligible to claim 60 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) as part of their credits.
What will you learn during this training?
- Detailed exploration of Yin yoga, functional anatomy, and biomechanics
- TCM, Meridians, and Five Element Theory
- Sequencing, the art of teaching, mindful cueing, and adjustments
- Hands-on teaching opportunities and peer practice sessions
Around 10 hours of pre-course learning will be required. This will be in the form of a required reading and some online course material, both of which will be provided once you’ve confirmed your spot.

The Yin Lab's Yin yoga teacher training (YTT) will be held at Mystic Village, a beautiful sanctuary nestled in the lush green valley of Pai, Northern Thailand. The space itself is purpose-built for deep practice: light-filled, serene, and surrounded by nature, offering the perfect environment for rest, study, and transformation.
