How the course works

This 12-day course includes a total of 12 guided hours, with one hour of live instruction each day. The program is thoughtfully structured with 4 hours of theory and 8 hours of guided practice, complemented by an additional 8 hours of self-practice to deepen your learning. All online sessions are conducted via Zoom, allowing you to join from anywhere with ease.
