Program
Considering the circumstances and needs of present-day humanity, the qualities of adaptability and acceptance that arise from a consistent yoga practice become increasingly relevant. Consequently, this program is designed to provide the most sophisticated and functional techniques, focused on a comprehensive methodology based on the four aspects of being (intellectual, physical / material, emotional / relational, and energetic).
Firstly, the execution of asanas (yoga postures) occurs from the recognition of supports, osteomuscular organization, visualization of the skeleton, and knowledge of functional anatomy, making their practice accessible to people of all kinds. These techniques correspond to the earth element in the physical and material aspect.
Secondly, advanced and sophisticated breathing techniques such as prananigrahas and pranayama are addressed, along with deep meditation techniques that support the process of focusing the mind and attention, making the meditation practice very easy and effortless. These techniques are based on the understandings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati and the Feldenkrais Method.
Additionally, they explore the history and theory of yoga to provide a global and profound context for how the practice of yoga has developed to the present day. These tools are associated with the intellectual aspect governed by the air element.
Thirdly, the practices include the application of prana shuddhi and chakra shuddhi, kriyas, mudras and bandhas, prana vidya based on the theory of Tantra Kundalini Yoga by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.
Additionally, in this training, they exclusively receive knowledge of Kankueb, the energetic work system originating from pre-Hispanic Mesoamerican traditions, passed down through the Mayan sages Don Carlos and Don Gerardo Barrios, from whom the academic director of this training, Chakra Raja Kan, learned. The element they associate with these practices is fire, corresponding to the energetic aspect.
And, fourthly, awareness is cultivated through movement with practices from the Feldenkrais method, a self-awareness through movement that has proven to be profoundly effective in developing greater fluidity in movement, relaxation, and body flexibility. This encompasses the water element, the emotional and relational aspect. As an additional benefit of this training, you will learn the 7 Kankuebs, movement patterns focused on the mobility of the spine.
In conclusion, this methodology based on the four elements related to the four aspects of being facilitates the learning and application of practices, aiming to structure comprehensive classes dynamically, creatively, and innovatively. With the acquisition of a wide variety of tools, you have the possibility to support your creative inspiration for the planning and development of your classes under a functional model.
As a result, over these 21 days, you will begin to cultivate states of joy, acceptance, and authenticity through numerous self-awareness practices and the development of critical thinking. This will increase the quality of your relationships, body movement, health, and emotional management, allowing the expression of your fullest potential.
