Teaching Practice, Methodology & Technique
Teaching practice in In this course,In this course, you’ll focus on Yoga Therapy, Hatha and Yin Yoga— learning to teach, sequence Yoga Therapy flows, and confidently guide classes with proper alignment and adjustments. For balance, we also include a few Yin Yoga sessions.
Teaching begins on day 5 with Asana classes, and you’ll progressively lead longer sessions, up to 45-90 minutes. You’ll receive feedback from peers and teachers on adjustments, voice projection, class management, and teaching styles.
The course includes instruction on planning and structuring classes, demonstration, observation, assisting, and correcting. You’ll also cover injury management, safety, class presence, and the business side of yoga. By the end, you’ll be prepared to teach Yoga Therapy and Hatha Yoga confidently, with skills in modifications, advanced postures, and props. The program features posture clinics and themed workshops on topics like hip opening, inversions, and arm balances.

Shree Hari Singh Pawali (Shree Hari)
Guru Hari was raised by a Nepalese father and Indian mother in a cross-cultural context near Rishikesh. From an early age, Hari rejoiced in and sung mantra. Presently, Guru Hari teaches traditional Hatha yoga combined with classical knowledge, experiential understanding, and wisdom, as well as a modern outlook. This style of yoga teaching by Guru Hari is essentially a Nath lineage tradition. Guru Hari is also a chef of Ayurvedic food which is known in yogi terminology as sattvic food.
Gonull Deveciouglu
For five years, Gonul Deveciouglu immersed herself in yoga, finding solace and growth in its practice. She has delved into its physical and spiritual aspects, complementing her journey with studies in hypnotic therapy, energy, holistic, and aura education. Two years ago, she joined Shree Hari Yoga School, where she now teaches and manages. Specializing in Restorative, Yin, and Aerial yoga, she guides students toward self-discovery and inner peace. With each breath, she embodies yoga's essence, inspiring others on their paths to wellness and self-realization.
Dr.Geethu
Dr. Geethu is a skilled Ayurveda doctor who was born into a family deeply rooted in the traditions of Ayurveda. Growing up in an Ayurvedic household, she was immersed in the wisdom and practices of this ancient healing system from an early age. Her upbringing instilled in her a profound understanding of holistic wellness, herbal medicine, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. With years of training and practical experience, Dr. Geethu combines her inherited knowledge with modern insights to provide personalized care to her patients.

Dr. James is a dedicated Ayurveda doctor who grew up in a family deeply rooted in the traditions of Ayurvedic medicine. Dr. Jenifar Prince P.H
Dr. Jenifar Prince P.H. is a holistic yogic and naturopathic physician from Tamil Nadu. She holds a BNYS degree and is also a trained acupuncturist. Her yoga journey began at age 10 under Guruji Yogam V. Thangaraj, a student of B.K.S. Iyengar. She has competed in many district and state-level yoga competitions, earning several medals, and received the YOGA SIRPI title in 2019 for her dedication. After completing BNYS, she began working as a physician, treating various ailments through therapeutic and holistic yogic practices.
Manoj
Manoj is dedicated yoga teacher with a strong academic and practical foundation in Yoga. He completed a 1-year Diploma in Yoga from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi (February 2019 – February 2020), after completing his Foundation Course in Yoga at the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi in February 2018. He also qualified for CUCET PG, securing All India Rank 3 in the first cut-off list, and independently completed an in-depth study of the UGC NET Yoga syllabus through self-preparation.
