Yin Yoga Foundations:

This section will dive into the heart of Yin Yoga, exploring its origins in the Taoist concepts of balance and harmony. Participants will learn about the key characteristics of Yin Yoga, such as long-held, passive poses that primarily work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine.
