Overview
The various instruments in sound healing therapy generate harmonious sound waves that play a vital role in the holistic development of one’s brainwave patterns through cordial shifts and usher one to a meditative and serene mental state, which ultimately syncs the coordination between the body, mind, and spirit chakras. These instruments facilitate a strategic use of sound, frequency, and rhythm, transitioning from waking consciousness to deep relaxation. This transformative process fosters an environment conducive to internal healing and opens various pathways to meditation and peace.
This whole process is beyond just relaxation. The vibrations emitted by the instruments traverse through the organs and tissues of the human body. As you know, a human body is composed of liquids – this resonance affects the connection. It directly engages with the cellular memory, which initiates a release of blockages and cultivates an enduring sense of calm and tranquility. The sensation felt through the session is a therapy that is life-changing. You discover a ‘New You’ – your heart feels energized, your body feels rejuvenated, and you feel much more revived than you expected.

Sound Healing techniques taught during the course
- Listening Meditation: Here, learners are engaged in focused listening and tune into the various sounds and frequencies that help enhance awareness and mindfulness.
- Vocal Training: Here, learners learn to use their voice to produce some sustained vocal tones that help them create energy balance and promote a sense of harmony between their chakras.
- Mantra and Chanting: Here, students learn by using repetitive sounds, phrases, or words (chants) that promote a meditative and healing effect, which also creates a calming influence on the mind.
- Singing Bowls: This is a unique technique where students learn to play singing bowls by striking, rubbing the bowl’s rim, and producing resonating tones. There are different kinds of bowls, all of which produce a special sound and are associated with a diverse frequency.
- Tuning Fork Therapy: In this technique, learners use calibrated metal tuning forks on various specific points of the body or the energy points that help balance and align energies. The incredible thing here is that each tuning fork corresponds to a different frequency, which is very specific.
- The Gong Bath: Learners are made to experience this by taking them on a deep dive expedition in the immersive sounds of gongs played in such a manner that it feels therapeutic to one’s ears. Gong baths have a profound impact on our energy channels since they help release tension and promote relaxation.
- Crystal Singing Bowl: This therapy has a highly positive impact on the body’s energy centers. In this technique, learners play crystal bowls made of quartz that produce a soothing sound or pure tones, which then create vibrations that are good for our holistic development.
- Drumming Therapy: Learners utilize rhythmic drumming patterns that produce a trance-like state that promotes deep relaxation and enhances meditative and energizing vibrations within you.
- Sound Journeys: Immersive them in the most premium experience; students enjoy the creative journey that navigates them to a combination of different sounds produced by various instruments and techniques. Students are then encouraged to feel and experience most of their emotions during this session.
- Biofield Tuning: Here, learners are taught to detect and adjust energy imbalances in the biofields of their bodies, which are purposed to bring the electromagnetic field of the body into a state of coherence. It is a fascinating technique and something unique.
- Pyramid Bowl Therapy: It’s a new age sound healing therapy that includes crystal singing instruments that help in balancing the hemisphere of the brain and initiate a peaceful feeling that is beautiful and relaxing at the same time.
- Harmonic Overtoning: Here, learners become explorers of vocal techniques that produce multiple tones simultaneously and have a balanced effect on your body and mind.
