She has excellent knowledge of yoga philosophy, teaching yoga, traditional and Tantric yoga, alignment and sequencing of asanas, scientific backgrounds for yoga, anatomy, and physiology of yoga, yoga for children, yoga for pregnancy, and therapeutic yoga. Vrinda School also has other faculties with very good knowledge of Indian traditional yoga and philosophy.

Sanathananan Kanagadas is well-experienced in all Indian philosophies and teaching yoga of Hatha, having more than 30 years of experience in teaching throughout India.

From Trivandrum International Airport, Vrinda school of yoga will arrange your airport pickup. From train station named Varkala Sivagiri Railway station you can reach by tuk-tuk, it takes only 10 minutes you should pay your own.
Only airport transfer is free, you should provide your flight ticket copy to Vrinda school of yoga, then they will arrange the transfer. Also, it is only from Airport to School and School to Airport (one day before the course starting date also the exact day when the course finished.
Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
