The course and practical training equip you with the knowledge you need to confidently teach this exciting and vibrant style of yoga. Kundalini Tantra is also discussed in great detail, especially its importance in spiritual and physical development. Meditation is an important part of all yoga practice but especially in Kundalini yoga. You will learn about meditation and various techniques and methods to improve your meditation teaching.
