If potassium is what you want, prunes are what you need! A single serving of prunes can provide you with 300 mg of potassium. If you are worried that you may end up running to the restroom within just a few minutes, know that a single serving will give you just 1 g of fiber.
The best thing about prunes is that you can just place them in a pouch and bring them with you so you can munch on something right before your session!
Another good source of natural sugar is an apricot. This fruit can boost your energy without causing hyperacidity and heartburn (like most fruits do). Since fresh apricots are hard to find and can be a bit of a hassle to prepare, we recommend going for the dried ones.
When and How Much to Eat
