The curriculum for this program includes subjects related to Ashtanga Vinyasa and meditation, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga philosophy, Anatomy, Physiology according to the yogic system, Mantra and Yoga Nidra.

This online teacher training is available all year round, and you can choose to complete it in 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. If you complete the training, you’ll be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance.
